Privacy Policy

What we collect
Account details (name, email, phone), profile fields (bio, headshots, credits), and usage data. Payment details are handled by our payment processor and never touch our servers directly.
What we display
Public profile fields — name, roles, city/state, headshots, credits, reels, numeric ratings, and (for actors) representation contact — are visible to all users. Direct-message content is only visible to conversation participants.
Private review text
Written review text on ratings is never displayed publicly. Only the rater and CastEngine's moderation team can read it. This is enforced at the database level, not just in the UI.
Cookies
We use cookies for authentication and basic analytics. No third-party advertising trackers.
Your rights
You can export or delete your data at any time from Settings, or by contacting support.
