Terms of Service

1. Eligibility
CastEngine is for adults 18 or older. By creating an account you confirm that you meet this requirement. Accounts found to belong to minors will be closed immediately.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of information on your profile and for all activity on your account. You may hold multiple roles (actor, crew, producer) on one account.
3. Subscriptions & payments
Paid plans renew automatically until canceled. Refunds are handled case by case. Prices may change with 30 days' notice.
4. Content
You retain rights to content you upload. You grant CastEngine a license to display it within the platform. Do not upload content you don't own the rights to.
5. Ratings
Ratings must be based on a real, confirmed booking. Written review text is private and not for public display. False or malicious ratings will be removed.
6. Conduct
No harassment, discrimination, or unlawful activity. See our Community Guidelines.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or the Community Guidelines.
8. Liability
CastEngine is a directory and coordination tool. We are not a party to any employment agreement between users.
